MANAGEMENT INTERN PROGRAM
The Board of
Education endorses the concept of managerial development within the district
and encourages identification of potential managers and cultivation of
management skills.
Accordingly,
the district shall establish programs designed to identify future management
personnel and to contribute to the development of management proficiency. Such
programs shall be designed to encourage participation of all qualified
employees, including women and members of cultural, ethnic and religious
minority groups.
