PROPERTY INSURANCE

All district-owned buildings and equipment are to be insured against fire and combined additional coverage for 90% of replacement value. Such fire insurance shall also incorporate as an extension thereof vandalism, malicious mischief, and a blanket personal insurance policy.

Fire insurance polices shall be written either on the budget or installment plan, whichever is to the best interest of the district, and on the California Standard Form for fire insurance. A district fire insurance rate shall be established by the Pacific Fire Rating Bureau.
