APPRAISALS
The Board of
Education shall employ competent appraisal engineers to prepare appraisals of
all buildings owned by the Placentia-Yorba
Linda Unified School
District. The appraisal shall be performed at least
every five (5) years, or sooner, if required by the district's insurer.
Appraisal reports shall include replacement costs, and insurable values of
buildings. A fixed assets inventory of district-owned equipment shall be
updated annually.
