DUE PROCESS
The Board of
Education of the Placentia-Yorba Linda Unified School District will ensure that fair, legal, and
reasonable processes shall be employed by the district whenever charges of any
kind are made against a student. Such processes will apply, but not be limited
to, the following types of cases:
- Incidental
or habitual misconduct
- Acts
adversely affecting the welfare of others
- Other
illegal acts
- Violation of
school policies and regulations
