DUE PROCESS HEARINGS

The due process hearing procedures prescribed by the Education Code, Part 30, Section 5, extend to the pupil, the parent and the school district. The Placentia-Yorba Linda Unified School District may initiate due process hearing procedures when it is determined that such procedures are necessary to provide a student with an appropriate education.
