VACATIONS (MANAGEMENT PERSONNEL)
The district
will provide vacations with pay to management personnel in proportion to the
time worked each year as outlined below for those working full-time. Management
personnel working less than a full day shall have their vacation prorated.
Vacation
Guide
- Vacation
is earned at the rate of 1.8 days per full month of paid service.
- Vacation
credit shall be computed on a fiscal year basis beginning July 1 and
ending June 30.
- Earned
vacation may be carried over from one fiscal year to the next for one year
only. Therefore, the maximum that can be carried over from one fiscal year
to the next will be no greater than the number of days earned during the
previous year.
- Earned
vacation shall be taken at the convenience of the district and with prior
approval of the administrator's supervisor.
- If a
holiday falls during a vacation leave, the administrator shall not be
charged for that as a day of vacation.
