STATUS CHANGE FOR MANAGEMENT
EMPLOYEES
The Board of
Education recognizes the importance of setting forth reasonable employment
practices to ensure proper procedures for management personnel who are to be
released or reassigned to a position of lesser status or salary for reason
other than performance.
The
superintendent has the responsibility of developing regulations which will
ensure equitable treatment of management personnel to be reassigned.
