Purpose and Scope
The purpose
of the program is to assure the continual improvement of professional
improvement of professional services for students of

1.
Critical
evaluation at time of selection by hiring authority
2.
Administrative
evaluation by site manager and self-evaluation during the first year of
employment to determine possession of skills, knowledge and abilities to
continue employment in the school district
3.
Administrative
and self-evaluation during the second year to determine continuation of
demonstrated competence of skills, knowledge and abilities
4.
A
thorough evaluation during the second year to determine whether permanent
status should be accorded

1.
Forms
A, B, C, D, E, and F completed by site or program manager as necessary
2.
Recommendation
of Assistant Superintendent, Personnel Services; Assistant Superintendent -
Educational Services; and principal for continued employment (Form F)
3.
Recommendation
of superintendent to the Board of Education for continued employment/no
employment

to candidates of their status
