PATERNITY LEAVE

 

A.      Purpose and Scope

To establish the rules and regulations for granting up to three (3) days paid leave for paternity reasons

B.     General

Paternity leave shall be deducted from accrued sick leave.

D.     Procedure

Upon returning from Paternity Leave, the employee will provide a completed "Time Exception Report" to the site manager. Paternity Leave days shall be deducted from the six (6) Personal Necessity Leave days available on an annual basis.
