Supervisors
may approve requests by classified employees for such schedules except

requirements of the job assigned may be jeopardized; i.e., job performance must
not suffer and undue inconvenience must not be imposed on any other party if
the request is granted.
b.
Adequate
supervision relative to the needs of the particular job assignment may not be
available.
c.

Requests
for a flexible work schedule must be submitted on the appropriate form, and
once approved will remain as requested until a new request is submitted and
approved, or other administrative action is taken to amend such hours.
4.
Immediate
supervisors of classified employees and the Director of Human Resource
Development are responsible for the implementation of this procedure.
