DRUG AND ALCOHOL TESTING FOR DRIVERS
HOLDING
COMMERCIAL DRIVER LICENSE
The Governing
Board maintains a drug and alcohol-free workplace. Employees
who drive vehicles which require the possession of a Commercial Drivers license
to operate, including schoolbus drivers, are subject
to the drug and alcohol testing program.
Testing
procedures and facilities used for the tests shall conform with
the requirements of the Omnibus Transportation Act of 1991.
