TRANSFER/PROMOTION
Voluntary
and/or administrative transfer of certificated personnel may be effected as a means of implementing the district's
educational program. Such transfers shall be compatible with the Education Code
and board-approved regulations and procedures as submitted at the time of
introducing the policy or any future revision thereof.
