CERTIFICATED EMPLOYEE COUNCIL

(Board's Representative Procedure Policy)

It shall be the policy of the Board of Education of the Placentia-Yorba Linda Unified School District to follow the Gordon H. Winton, Jr., Act as it relates to school employer-employee relations, first enacted in 1965, amended in 1970 and 1974 by the California State Legislature, and contained in the Education Code, Sections 13080 - 13089.

Rules, policies, and procedures appropriate for joint consideration under the Winton Act shall be reviewed by the Certificated Employee Council and the board's representative periodically as necessary.
