The Board of Education shall provide the full-time employee with ten (10) days annual leave of absence for illness, injury and medical checkup with full pay. The employee serving less than a full school year and the employee serving on less than a full-time basis shall be entitled to sick leave in proportion to the time served in relation to the school year of full-term service. Unused sick leave shall accrue from school year to school year.

The Board of Education shall provide sick leave for certificated employees according to administrative regulations.
