STAFF REPORTS TO BOARD
The superintendent, as
the chief administrator of the
It is recognized that
the board or individual board members may desire information or reports. Such
request should be made to the superintendent and fulfilled through the district
staff. However, the superintendent as chief administrator shall refer any request
which may be deemed sufficiently complex and/or time-consuming to interfere
with the attainment of predetermined goals, objectives, and priorities to the
board for action.
Each board member, in
the performance of his or her duties, is encouraged to initiate appropriate
actions and stimulate new considerations. Each is also urged to use discretion
to insure that individual requests do not infringe upon the rights and
privileges of one's colleagues or impede the program which the board, as a
whole, has instituted.
